Hunter's Square Office Building Hunter's Square is a
three-story, multi-tenant office building with 57,000 square feet. Located
on the south side of W. Fourteen Mile Road, just west of Orchard Lake
Road, the site is in close proximity to Northwestern Highway and I-696,
and is directly across the street from the Gateway Center, with
many shops and restaurants. To the south of the property within walking
distance is the Hunter's Square Shopping Center also with many retail stores and
restaurants. Access to the building is from both Fourteen Mile Road and
from Orchard Lake Road. Built in 1980, the attractively
