Corporation was founded in 1967 by Michael T. Minasian, a graduate civil
engineer. His philosophy of uncompromising personal service and the
incorporation of cutting-edge technology established the company as
exceptional in the building industry. His passion for excellence and
innovation was instilled in his son, Ted C. Minasian, also a graduate
civil engineer. Ted C. Minasian has further
developed the company's level of expertise in the design, development,
building, and management of quality retail, office and medical building
properties. For more than 30 years, the company has prospered by choosing
to provide highly personal, one-on-one service to its clients. As both
designer/developer and construction manager, the company has a
demonstrated record of success in designing and building aesthetically
pleasing and functionally superior properties. The company maintains
meticulous written and electronic records as part of a comprehensive,
preventive maintenance program for each building it manages. By
proactively solving small problems before they erupt into major ones,
repair costs are kept to an absolute minimum, thus reducing overall
operating expenses. As
we enter the new millennium, Minasian Development Corporation is
concentrating its efforts on the further development of its four
divisions: Land Acquisition and Development, Construction and
Design/Build, Property and Asset Management, and Brokerage. |
